With over a decade of global experience in international business and strategic leadership, Ariful founded Connect Japan to build a recruitment firm rooted in trust and cross-cultural understanding. Prior to CJR, he held senior roles at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries managing large-scale projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. His expertise spans international sales, business development, finance, and global negotiation.
A highly dedicated professional with a background in medical science and cross-cultural business leadership, the Director of Connect Japan Ltd. brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and international communication skills to the organization.
Zaman is a seasoned software engineering leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering impactful technical solutions. For over a decade, he has specialised in developing robust backend systems and driving projects that align with key business goals. His passion lies in creating sustainable solutions and fostering a culture of innovation.
Bek is a Senior Consultant specializing in senior-level technical and commercial executive searches within the Energy and Chemical sectors. His coverage includes Oil & Gas, EPC, Power, Process Automation, Chemicals, and Materials industries, supporting multinational and domestic clients with complex hiring needs across Japan and overseas. Since becoming an executive recruiter in 2015, Bek has successfully completed numerous high-profile assignments, including placements for Managing Directors, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, and Engineering Directors. Originally from Uzbekistan, he holds a Master's degree in Law from a top Japanese university and is multilingual — speaking native Uzbek, fluent English and Russian, and working-level Japanese.
Ritsuki is a Consultant and Sales Operation Leader at CJR with a strong background in Japan's heavy industry sector. Prior to joining CJR, he gained valuable experience at Metal One Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, developing deep expertise in steel trading and power generation markets. His industry knowledge and domestic network make him an asset for clients seeking talent in manufacturing and heavy industrial sectors across Japan.
Dr. Haider is a Professor at Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan, where he specialises in international business strategy and cross-cultural management. With decades of academic and industry experience spanning Asia, Europe, and North America, he brings a unique global perspective to CJR's advisory board. His insights into Japan's corporate culture and talent landscape help shape our long-term strategy and client engagement approach.
